Lynette Forrester
I began my career as a commercial artist and later developed an interest in sculpture and contemporary stained glass. I have in recent years undertaken a number of commissions for stained glass windows. However, it is an interest in kiln-formed glass that has resulted in my exploration of different glass forming techniques. Often taking inspiration from nature there is frequently a suggestion of fluidity and movement within my work. Many of my sculptural pieces can be equally successfully placed indoors or outdoors.
