Stacey Beaumont

Stacey’s abstract sculptures create bold focal points for homes and gardens.  Using reclaimed slate to forge solid design structures, carefully selected glass introduces elements of emotion or intrigue.

She exploits the ephemeral nature of glass as it responds to light, weather and seasons to produce works that are responsive and dynamic within their environments.

Her work is strongly influenced by the stunning natural environment surrounding her workshop on the north Cornish coast, her childhood in Africa and a desire to explore contemporary themes in innovative ways.  Each work is unique and cannot be replicated.

She exhibits nationally and her sculptures have been shortlisted for the Wells Art Contemporary and the Ashburner Sculpture Prize.
